Can you tell that we’re all very excited about sharing Date My Dad with the television world on Friday?
Date My Dad is about a former baseball player and widower (Barry Watson) whose devoted three daughters (Audrey Smallman, Lilah Fitzgerald, and Zenia Marshall) take it upon themselves to find him a new wife following his 40th birthday. Lots of heartwarming hilarity ensues!
One of the ladies under consideration is yours truly as Katie, and what a joy it was to be involved with this brand new UPtv series! I’ve been a fan of Barry Watson since his time on 7th Heaven and sharing the screen with Raquel Welch (who plays his mother-in-law) was also a dream come true. A special shout-out to Audrey Smallman, Lilah Smallman, and Zenia Marshall for being three equally talented and charming young actresses!
There are also some other familiar faces on Date My Dad like Cindy Busby, Matty Finochio, and Lochlyn Munro to name a few.
You can tune in to Date My Dad on Friday, June 2nd on UPtv at 9/8c followed by episode 2 (where I show up) at 10/9c!
